REQUIRED ?	Annual Corporate Reports and payment of an Annual Corporate Non-Profit Fee is required by the Florida Department of State, Division of Corporations. Little League and Hillsborough County require that all leagues be Non-Profit. To our knowledge, all of the leagues in Florida District 6 are incorporated as Non-Profits.
DEADLINE:	Annual Reports and the Annual Corporate Non-Profit Fee are due to the State of Florida, Division of Corporations each year between January 1st and May 1st.
DEFINITION:	Your Corporate Status has to do with whether your Non-Profit Corporation has filed it's Annual Report and paid your Annual Non-Profit Corporate Fee to the Florida Department of State, Division of Corporations. If you have done so, your Non-Profit Corporation should be "ACTIVE" and in good standing.
